Do you have a go to salad? You know one that you love so much that when the salad is all done you want to lick the plate.
If you are not used to eating kale raw this will help you get used to it. Here’s my new go to salad.
Kale, Strawberry, and Avocado Salad
2 cups Kale leaves, remove stems and juliette them because the kale can be tough, they’ll be easier to chew this way.
4-5 Strawberries, sliced length wise
1/2 Avocado, cut in chunks
I like to top this salad with slivered almonds, feta cheese and a dollop of hummus. Super tasty and simple.
